About This Program

What You'll Learn

Course Description

Our Gymnastics program develops flexibility, balance, strength and coordination in a fully supervised, safety-first environment. Sessions begin with structured warm-ups and mobility work, then progress to floor skills (rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges), balance work, and conditioning that builds core and limb strength appropriate to each learner's level.

Every skill is taught with proper progressions and spotting, so students advance only when they are ready and confident. Beyond physical ability, gymnastics builds body awareness, courage and discipline, making it an excellent foundation for any sport or movement practice as well as a confidence-building activity in its own right.

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

Still have questions? We're here to help you choose the right program for your journey.

01Is gymnastics safe for my child?
Safety is our top priority. We use crash mats, proper progressions and trained spotters, and skills are only advanced once a student is confident and physically ready.
02What should students wear?
Comfortable, fitted athletic wear such as a leotard or a snug t-shirt and shorts. Gymnastics is practised barefoot, so no special footwear is needed.
03Can adults or teenagers join, or is it only for kids?
While many of our students are children, we also welcome teens and adults in level-appropriate batches focused on flexibility, strength and foundational skills.
04My child has no experience. Where do they start?
All newcomers begin in the beginner batch, where we assess flexibility and strength and build basics like rolls, balance and conditioning before progressing.
