About This Program

What You'll Learn

Course Description

Zumba turns a workout into a party, blending Latin and international rhythms — salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia and more — into easy-to-follow dance fitness routines. There are no complicated steps to memorise: you follow the instructor, move to the music, and burn calories without it ever feeling like exercise.

Every session alternates fast and slow tracks for an interval-style cardio workout that tones the whole body while lifting your mood. The atmosphere is welcoming and non-judgemental, making it as much about community and fun as fitness, suitable for any body type or fitness level.

Key Benefits

  • Burn 400-600 calories in a single high-energy hour
  • Boost mood and reduce stress through music and movement
  • Improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and stamina
  • Tone legs, core, and arms without monotonous gym routines
  • Enjoy a fun, social, judgement-free group atmosphere
FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

Still have questions? We're here to help you choose the right program for your journey.

01I have no dance experience and two left feet. Can I still do Zumba?
Absolutely. Zumba is about moving and having fun, not perfect steps. Just follow along and you will pick it up within a couple of sessions.
02How many sessions a week should I attend for results?
Three to four sessions a week, combined with sensible eating, gives noticeable fitness and stamina gains within a few weeks.
03Is Zumba suitable if I have knee or joint issues?
We offer a lower-impact option. Please tell your instructor about any joint concerns so they can suggest modifications, and consult your doctor if unsure.
04What should I wear and bring?
Wear breathable activewear and supportive cross-training shoes. Bring water and a small towel.
